On contacting Wag-it you agree to attend a Meet & Greet appointment to enable Wag-it (Sarah Murdo) to asses your dogs suitability and that acceptance or decline of a dog is down to Wag-its decision.

You are leaving your dog at your own risk

 You agree to supply enough food for your dog for the duration of their stay, if you fail to do so Wag-it will purchase your dogs normal food for the remainder of the stay, you will be charged the full amount plus a reasonable amount for carriage.

Your dog must be non-aggressive. Should it show aggressive tendencies towards any other dog or their family, you accept that he/she will be isolated and the emergency contact will be contacted and instructed to collect your dog. No refund will be given.

Should your dog’s behavior become uncontrollable, destructive or unreasonable, you accept that he/she will be isolated and the emergency contact will be contacted and instructed to collect your dog. No refund will be given.

You agree for Sarah Murdo to make any decisions regarding your dog’s health/welfare, providing it is acting in the best interest of your dog and is on the advice of a qualified veterinary surgeon. Alternatively, provide an emergency contact number for someone to make these decisions on your behalf. You agree to pay any vet bills that may be incurred on your return.

You agree that should your dog do damage to another dog or the property of Wag-it, you may be asked for compensation for any damages caused

You agree that should you return from holiday early and decide to collect your dog before the end of your booking, you will not be entitled to any refund of any payment.

You agree that if you cancel giving less than 24 hours notice or, fail to arrive on the start date of your booking, the total fee is due. The balance due will need to be paid in full.

You agree that if you cancel your booking you will lose your full deposit.

You agree that you are confirming your booking by paying the deposit by alternatively by paying by BACS or cash. Only once a deposit has been received will your booking be secured.

You agree that once you have booked you will update Wag-it with any changes to your dogs behavior/medication.

You agree if there is an illness or damage with regards to your dog. that it is reported to Wag-it within 48hrs of collection.
