From first enquiring with Sarah to picking up my dog after her stay I was thourghougly impressed. Coco was on medication & was well looked after. Nothing was too much & was so glad to hear Coco had settled in really well. She will be back to Wag-it I'm sure, I know Coco enjoyed her stay. From arriving you could tell Sarah LOVES what she does. So thank you!

5 star excellence does not seem enough for Sarah and the Wag-It host dogs!
We have used Sarah for our dogs care on a number of occasions now some pre booked and on one occasion as an emergency with only an hours notice
Each time Sarah had been outstanding and the dogs have loved every moment - even when they perhaps get told “no” more than they do at home ??
We always check Sarah has availability before making our plans and if she could not have the dogs then our plans would change - they would never go anywhere else now

I totally recommend Sarah.I took my pug Marley for seven nights and I was worried he wouldn't settle as I haven't left him in Boarding on his own since I lost my older dog last year.He came back very happy and content.

Would highly recommend Sarah at Wag-it. Following an initial meet and greet and a couple of days boarding our very clingy Doberman has just come back from a wonderful 16 night stay. The grounds are fantastic with ample opportunities to be outdoors and the dog lounge is just like a home from home which is so important for us. Sarah is very thorough and goes above and beyond to ensure safety, exercise and comfort. Will continue with regular day boarding as Roxy enjoys it so much and wouldn't use anywhere else now for boarding. Thank you Sarah and the adorable Wag-it residents!

Sarah has offered boarding for our Labrador (Elsie) for a few years now, and came recommended to us.

Sarah is very thorough with her paperwork and it's clear Sarah cares about the dogs, and runs Wag-it as a professional business - it's reassuring to know that Elsie is being well-looked after whilst we're away. Elsie is always happy to see Sarah when we drop her off and we've never had any problems when she comes home to us. Elsie always comes home absolutely exhausted - a sign she's been happily playing with other dogs! We'd definitely recommend Sarah to others.

So grateful to have found Sarah at Wag-it, we had peace of mind knowing our dogs were well looked after and having a great time while we were away. Wouldn’t want to leave them anywhere else now. Sarah really understands dogs and wasn’t at all phased by our hyperactive, crazy boy who can be a handful to say the least !
Had regular updates and videos while we were away. Was lovely to see them having a holiday too.

We had never left our Gus before. Sarah made the whole process easy. From the first phone call Sarah had some amazing advice and followed through with everything. We were worried about leaving Gus because he isn't the best behaved but Sarah worked on his jumping up and wanting attention all the time. Since having Gus back he's been so well behaved. And even better Sarah offers training classes with her. Which we are 100% taking her up on this offer. She is amazing with the dogs and we highly highly recommend her service all the dogs love her.

Our dog has just returned from a 3 day stay with Sarah at Wag-It. This was a slightly different stay for him as he is recovering from 2 very major surgeries and needs total rest and confinement for 6 weeks.
We discussed everything with Sarah before making the decision to go ahead with our plans and leave Bertie with Sarah.
Sarah was amazing and ensured the instructions received from our vets for Bertie’s recovery were followed to the absolute degree and kept us updated whilst Bertie was in her care.
Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very reassured at all times
Bertie was very happy and relaxed in Sarah’s care.
We cannot wait for his recovery period to be over and for him to be able to go back to “Auntie Sarah” and enjoy the full wag-it fun.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah and her Wag-It team to anyone.

My name is Eddie. My mum and dad left me overnight for the first time last weekend. Mum was very nervous as I had never been left before but she needn’t have worried. Sarah settled me in as I was nervous at first but after a while I joined in with the other dogs and had a great time. I was looked after very well

Ivy is a nervous dog and Sarah worked with patience, kindness and understanding to bring her out of her shell and create a situation that worked for her, using her experience and knowledge of dogs. Ivy had clearly had a great weekend at Wag-It and was relaxed and happy when we collected her. Huge thanks to Sarah for being a kind and safe dog carer!

Sarah has been great in training our puppy Lyra. Lyra is very energetic and Sarah gets the best out of her, and us! The socialisation is great, and Lyra already has friends she'll be staying with when we go on a much needed holiday and leave her in Sarah's more than capable hands! Thank you Sarah for coming to see us at the weekend. In one session you gave us some hugely helpful advice and tips to improve loose lead walking with Jeff, our Labrador. It’s made a difference already and whilst we have to practice and hone our skills it’s certainly improved my confidence and will make walking more pleasurable for us in the future. Sarah has been so helpful to us and I would just like to say a huge thank you to her. We have a German Wirehaired Pointer pup who is now six months old and is, like many, a lockdown pup. Luna was very distressed when we tried to do any separation training and it was getting to the point we did not know what to do with her. However, a few phone calls and messages with Sarah and things are starting to turn around. Luna now happily sleeps in her own bed, in the hall, and is even starting to take herself there when she is tired and we are still reading! We are seeing lots of small signs of progress and a very happy puppy. From being at a point of not knowing how to deal with the problem, to being delighted with the signs of progress, has lifted such a weight off our shoulders. Thank you Sarah for the support and guidance; it really is massively appreciated :-)

Sarah helped me with my Romania rescue dog as was nervous of everything helped him overcome his fears which has helped him so much become the dog that we wanted all thanks to Sarah due to lock down stopped seeing her but she gave us notes to help us with the way forward wpuld highly recommend

We left our labrador with Wag-it for 4 nights and we returned to a very cheerful and happy dog. She was very well cared for and we could tell the staff at Wag-it were very knowledgeable in the care and handling of dogs. We intend to continue using Wag-it in the future.

Ted my miniature dachshund has been staying with sarah for 3 years he is treated like royalty as all her other dogs are .I cant speak highly enough of wagit,ted goes daily and stays when I am away,The dogs get lots of cuddles and attention from sarah and her lovely staff. Over the years Ted has made lots of friends with other dogs who have also been at Wagit for years .from one very satisfied owner and Ted THANK YOU SARAH

I will be honest i was apprehensive leaving my Poppy ( beagle) because i had never left her without family and she is my fur baby.Sarah was aware how i felt but assured me i could text anytime(which i did on many occasions)When we collected Pops she was happy, excited, content which put my mind at ease straight away and proved she had lots of fun, love and felt at home. We are very fussy and protective of our Jack Russell terrier, Harley. Sarah exceeded our expectations in all respects and looked after our "Hairy Boy" exactly as we do, a huge thank you from all of us and well done. We will definitely send Harley here when we cannot take him with us.

One of my dogs is extremely and irrationally nervous of new people and dogs, so in the past my dogs have always been looked after at home by family and friends. I had a good feeling about wag-it as soon as I read the home page… but was still astounded by just how well the meet and greet appointment went! When I made the appointment, Sarah listened to what makes Milly nervous, understood… and within ten minutes Milly was her new best friend. Then to meet the rest of the family… Andrew, Holly, Fidget and friends… wow, I was impressed. Both dogs, Mo and Milly, get super excited when we turn into the wag-it driveway. They visit regularly… sometimes for the day, sometimes for a few days… they always have fun and receive lots of love… and I never worry about them while they are there. Thank you Sarah

As a first timer to leaving my two dogs Barnaby and Bertie I was initially nervous, but within minutes of meeting Sarah and seeing the beautiful surroundings I was at ease and more than happy to leave them. They had a wonderful time and will most certainly be back for more fun soon x

Sarah has worked wonders with our rescue jack Russell cross. Unfortunately she had to give our Maggie an ASBO after 3 weeks as she liked to dig herself and new friends out. Six weeks late I received a message and Sarah gave her a second chance and the rest as they say is history. Maggie adores Sarah and is a different dog. She has a wonderful time twice a week with her best friend Ted the dachshund at Sarah's.. I can't thank her enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend wagit . Thank you Sarah x

Oscar loves his time at wag.it and always comes home exhausted ,a tired dog is a happy dog ! We leave him in Sarah's care and can enjoy ourselves knowing he is safe ,well looked after happy playing with his friends

Having been recommended by several of my friends and having met Sarah whom I can not praise enough. her professionalism was outstanding. Sarah explained every thing that goes on at Wagit I could also see all the dogs that were in the paddocks, they were playing together, Sarah explained that if I was unsure of leaving my dog then it could come as day care until my dog got use to being away from me , from the minute I opened the door my dog loved it , he was there for one week , I am unsure if he even wanted to come home , so Thank you Sarah Wagit is going to be getting my boy regularly and I have many friends with dogs and have and will continue to recommend you and your business very highly

Searching for the perfect location to leave my beloved Hugo, I found this little piece of heaven, called Wag-it and the lovely family who run it. Hugo has been here several times now and the love and care given by Sarah is second to none. Hugo loves being free to run and socialise with all the other dogs while he is there and always comes home, tired, but with a huge smile on his furry face! I would never consider leaving Hugo anywhere else now, after having been touched by the Wag-it experience.

Huge thanks to Sarah, Andrew & Holly for providing this exciting & happy environment for dogs, a real 'home from home'. My little dog Finn is a regular attendee, and never loses his eagerness to go each day, which for me is a true testament that he really enjoys it! Wag-it is brilliant, the grounds and where Sarah keeps the dogs is like a centre parks for dogs, I visited in January of this year to book Honey in for August on arrival Sarah was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed. When honey arrived last Saturday I was very nervous as it was the first time I had left her and Sarah was always on hand for an update and reassurance and was always in contact via phone call, texts and emails whilst I was away. On my return Honey was very well and exhausted :) you could see how much honey was looked after and loved, that much she got in the car and jumped out to see Sarah. Thank you Sarah and all at Wag-it for taking so much care of Honey, will definitely be returning when we go on holiday next year :) xx

We left Harry at Wag It for the first time last week - what a fantastic place for a doggy holiday! We came home to a dog who was happy and had obviously been well cared for. Thank you so much Sarah.

Dogs are welcomed into a very safe and secure enviroment by all the family the first impressions on are the extensive area for exercise and play the next thing is the warm welcome from the family as we were away for a long time there was a lot of questions from both sides it did not take long for my wife and i to decide were happy and confident to leave Jake at WAG-IT this proved to be correct as not only did we have a less stressfull holiday on our return the vet congratulated us on his condition.

My dog Poppy was wonderfully looked after by Sarah and Holly. She was treated as one of the family and I couldn`t have asked for better care for her. They keep you updated on her stay if you want it and Poppy definitely loves all the cuddles. She enjoys being able to play with the other dogs and she comes back home absolutely exhausted. It is wonderful not to have to worry about your dog whilst you are away. She was safe and cared for and I couldn`t have done any better myself. Thank you.

When we used to go away on holiday or for a short break we would always feel very guilty leaving our german shepherd in a normal kennels. She was always depressed when we arrived back and would sulk for several days after. Now I can gladly say we have no such problems now we have found Wag-it. Sarah is brilliant and has a superb facility for the dogs to play and run around. Shona doesn't normally like many people other than me but she warmed to Sarah straight away and I feel so much more relaxed about leaving her. I would highly recommend anyone to speak to Sarah and see for yourself what they have to offer.

Problem -invited abroad for Christmas, Poppy never been in kennels,needed somewhere near brother in Norfolk, I live in Yorkshire. Found Wag-it on line,photo of visiting dog, curled up with Andrew on a chair did it-the place for Poppy!Problem solved She had a wonderful time with lots of cuddles from all. My dog William recently spent 2 days and 2 nights with Sarah and her family. I had never left him before, so when I heard about "Wag-it" and met Sarah and her dogs, I thought what a great alternative to Kennels. I was able to leave him there knowing he would be treated as one of the family. I have no doubt that I will be calling upon Sarah at "Wag-it" again.

My dog stayed in the care of wag it for 10 days in sept 2013, he had a wonderful time, so much so,that when I went to collect him, he wasn't really bothered about coming home, much to my dismay because I had really missed him. I very much approve of the wag it concept, I would not like to go on holiday and leave my dog in a cage while I was enjoying myself. With wag it I know he is having fun ( all day) in a safe enviroment. Sarah is a very nice person with a great canine knowledge. I cannot. Recommend her establishment enough.

Perfect in every way - from the very first moment when our dear rescue dog Bella came for her Meet and Greet. Sarah, Holly and Andrew have done everything possible to make her stay as happy as it can be to the extent that she starts barking and jumping about the car from the moment we now drive into Coltishall. After our first meeting I knew that taking our dog to Wag-it would be the only option for us for either day care or overnight. Douglas can never wait to get out of the car and start his day of fun and exploring. Totally brilliant service and a very happy puppy.

We first found Wag-it when looking at day care options for our working cocker spaniel, Barney. We looked through the website and it looked too good to be true so arranged a visit and met Sarah. Sarah was so welcoming and reassuring - carefully taking down all of Barney's details so we knew he would be well cared for. The facilities are like a 5 star hotel for dogs ... lots of open spaces to play in, a warm country kitchen, secure and safe beds .. and most importantly fantastic hosts and friends(especially Ginty and Fidget). Barney typically spends one day a week at day care with Sarah and had has a few weekend stays as well. We only have to mention "Aunty Sarah" and he gets excited and rushes to the door ready to go. He always comes home having played lots with friends and as the only dog at home I believe has greatly benefitted from the socialisation Wag-it offers. Nothing is too much trouble for Sarah and is always there with great advice, hints and tips. Wag-it is a truly wonderful home from home for any dog and we are very lucky to have it only 5 minutes away. Matt & Alex xx

Wag- it is the only place I would ever consider leaving my three dogs. Sarah and her family create a real home away from home. I can barely get my border terrier to leave when we pick him up from there he loves it so much. A perfect home and environment for even the most sensitive of dogs.

Wag it is fantastic. I was really happy to leave my puppy with Sarah & her family. They are reliable, friendly & very knowledgable about dogs. Poppy was made to feel part of the family which put my mind at ease whilst I was away & she had a fab time. Poppy can't wait to go back & stay with Sarah & the rest of the family.

Charlie, our little Bichon Frise, needed a home for two weeks whilst we went on holiday. After much searching and knowing Charlie does not like kennels we stumbled across Wag-it just as it seemed we would never find the right place. Sarah put us at ease and we knew it was right. We loved our little updates during our holiday, seeing Charlie playing with all the dogs and having a great time put a smile on our faces. We honestly think Charlie was sad having to leave Wag it, he had such a great time! The nice thing was I could genuinely tell the whole of the family enjoyed having Charlie stay with them when we went to pick our little boy up! Thankyou Wag it! See you in April :) from Charlie!

There is one word that describes Wag-it and Sarah and family "FANTASTIC" was really nervous about leaving Molly, we always left her with family before, but we felt at ease the second we was met by Sarah, Molly took to her straight away and you can see that these people genuinely love dogs and treat them as part of the family! We received updates and photos during our holiday which continued to put us at ease! Molly is now booked in for hersecond holiday at Wag-it. We would with out hesitation recommend this fantastic place to anyone!!

Wag-it is the perfect place to leave your dog, for a day or longer. It's just like home-from-home. The dogs stay in the family house, in a special room with settees (!), and have access to a wonderful outside space to run around in, so it's not at all like conventional kennels. The dogs are together, both visitors and the family pets, and so you know that they won't be lonely. The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and treat each dog individually, by understanding their temperament and needs, and so there are no worries about their health or safety. My dog came home wagging her tail (did she actually want to leave?) and I will be very happy for her to stay again. Highly recommended.

We left our dog Ozzy at Wag-it quite a few times now and each time we pick him up he is as happy as a dog can be. We initially left Ozzy at Wag-it when he was only 6 months old and were a bit worried he may suffer separation anxiety, however he loved at and when we saw the pictures of him playing with other dogs, we knew that he had smashing time at Wag-it and ever since left him there whenever we go on holiday. This gives us a great piece of mind because we know that Sarah, her husband & her daughter treat every dog as their own so we have a full trust in them. Sarah was so helpful the last time we had to leave Ozzy as a matter of urgency and took him on with such a short notice I do not know what I would do without her, thank you so much! I would never consider any other place to leave my dog and Ozzy will be back to Wag-it in May this year - I am not even aloud to mention one of Sarah's dog name because Ozzy goes crazy from excitement. Great family, great facilities and great care your dog will never get at any other place – guaranteed.
